Keto//Gluten Free Cinnamon Knots

These little sweet cinnamon knots were just what I was craving to enjoy with my coffee! I originally wanted to give cinnamon rolls a try, but we will leave those for another time. These little treats are so quick and easy to make, it has the perfect amount of sweetness. I didn't make these super sweet, but they can definitely be made sticky sweet, just add more sweetner. The dough is very similar to the tortilla dough and can be made softer or crunchier, depending on how long its baked. These were amazing slightly warm, fresh out of the oven! Keto Panna Cotta

Panna Cotta is one of my non-chocolate favorite desserts. Besides being very simple to make, it is so easy to make different versions of it and very easy to make it work with any diet restrictions! I have been making panna cotta for years now, and it is almost always the requested dessert for me to bring to any party I get invited to. Keto//Gluten Free Chocolate chip cookies

Cookies are one those sweet treats that everyone has a version they like. I absolutely love chocolate chip cookies (here we go again with the chocolate!) I personally like them chewy, but you can certainly make them crispier if that is more up your alley. This recipe is very easy to put together and fairly flexible when it comes to the sweetener you choose to use. I have found that some people are more sensitive to the cooling effect you sometimes get with Erythritol based sweeteners, and that is specially more predominant in this recipe.
